Description
This is a Heredities Creamware Donkey Foal which has been custom glazed by Horsing Around / The Horse Gallery. He is SO cute! He is 3 inches in height and 4 inches in length – he is quite large and I would consider him around Classic scale. His original colour has been carefully removed and he has been custom painted through the kiln to fabulous light gold baby chestnut and white spotted. His baby chestnut colouring is richly coloured, and his painted white has subtle shading. He is packed full of detail, from feathering to his spotted pattern, subtle mapping and fluff in his ears. He is finished to a gloss glaze which makes his colouring glow. This is something very different for the long ear lovers…and the short ear lovers too !!!
Please note: Being as this piece has been custom painted by Horsing Around / The Horse Gallery it cannot be classed as a genuine Heredities colour way. Any back stamps have either been defaced or removed to reflect this.
